- Educational Requirement:- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. They also be able to read, write, and speak Bengali. However, candidates from the Nepali-speaking community are exempt from this language requirement.

- Group B: 20 to 36 years
- Group D: 21 to 39 years
